Delayed my flight and than cancel totally and sugest to book 2 days later. and if i re-book i need to pay extra if i dont pick up their suggested date. not worth. honestly is in same level as Ryanair. worthless

attempting to book, it lost my booking midway through when I switched apps (to get my card number). I had to restart the process. then, when I did pay, it crashed, said the payment failed, and then when I tried again: "you've already paid for this booking". it finally went through, but very janky

sas won't let me change seats because I dont have a eurobonus number (I have one) and they won't let me add euro bonus number because it apparently is wrong (its not) the customer service cant help change seat either. like how can something so simple have become so difficult, before sas used to be really good but now with outsourced and ai bots they just cant help you anymore with even the simplest tasks.
