this might be the worst app ive ever used, the customer service is terrible. I tried to cancel a ticket within 1 hour of purchase (they have a 24 hour return policy) and the app wouldnt let me cancel, just kept saying error, I called customer service and they were no help AT ALL. they told me to write an email but said it would likely take over a day to hear back (24 hour return policy would be over) in the end i had to change the ticket instead of return and they charged me 200$ extra.
