IMPORTANT: This app requires SETFORCE hardware installed at your gym. It will not work without it. Please confirm your gym has SETFORCE equipment before downloading.

SETFORCE automatically logs your strength training workouts. No manual input, no typing between sets - just scan and train.

How it works:
Tap your phone on the SETFORCE sensor attached to the gym machine. The app automatically records your exercise, weight, sets, reps, and rest times. When you finish, your complete workout is ready to review.

Why SETFORCE:
Strength builds slowly - too slow to feel day-to-day. SETFORCE tracks your lifts and shows your gains session by session. When you see you moved 5% more weight than last week, you know you're on the right track. Each workout plan is built from your history with one goal: a little more than last time.

We also track your rest times and nudge you when it's time for the next set. After each set, you get a score so you know exactly how it went.
