Hi, I’m new in this community, I don’t know where should I ask my question. So please forgive me for any inconvenience. I’ve been using Scrapyard for many years. I’m very happy with it. I just had an incident. Recovering Scrapyard files in Firefox: Unfortunately, my computer's hard drive failed. As a result, the Firefox profile folder is inaccessible. However, fortunately, I had set the Scrapyard storage location (content location) to “file system”, and I do have access to the content folder. I installed Firefox and Scrapyard on a new system. I copied the content folder and entered its path in the Scrapyard settings under "content folder." I also used the "Rebuild item index" option, but the saved files are not being recovered. Please be advised that Scrapyard Backend Application is installed on the new system. Is there anything else I can do to recover the files?

I am very fond of using Scrapyard but in the last days the toolbar is not showing and Ctrl Alt T does not work, how to fix this inconvenient? Gerry.
