User Reviews

Save Screenshot is praised for reliable long-page captures on Android and its simple, lightweight, privacy-friendly design. It offers configurable options and high-quality output, making it a strong gap-filler before Firefox's built-in screenshot features. However, reviewers note that full-page capture can be inconsistent on certain pages and that there are occasional bugs with some features (like PDF previews). Overall, it's a straightforward, effective tool for Android Firefox users.

  • Simple, lightweight and fast with no ads or bloat (open-source)
  • Easy to use with a straightforward interface
  • Configurable options and high-quality output (format/quality and date/time stamp)
  • Privacy-friendly (no external servers) and generally reliable on Android
Cons
  • Inconsistent/incomplete full-page captures on some pages
  • Occasional bugs or compatibility issues with specific features/pages (e.g., PDF previews)

Quick bug report: when I try to take a full-page screenshot on Gemini.google.com or Grok.com, the input box at the bottom keeps blocking the chat. Plus, Grok.com only grabs the visible part. It can't snap the whole page. It'd be awesome if you guys could fix this bug. Thanks a ton!
