Xarana

Qasrana is a free platform for managing homeowners' associations in Saudi Arabia, bringing together the association president and owners in one place with complete transparency.

• Building the Complex: Create your complex with buildings, floors, and units, and send each owner an invitation link for their unit.

• Owner Verification: Owners register their unit's area and title deed number, which is reviewed by the association president before acceptance.

• Main Fund: Annual fees are distributed among the units according to area, visible to the owners who contribute.

• Voting: The association president opens a vote, and the results remain hidden until it closes. Votes are based on unit area, and if an expense is included, it is borne by those voting "yes."

• Reporting: Photograph the problem and send it to the service provider or to the association president if it occurs in common areas.

• Accounting: Clear pages for owners and another for the association president.

• Communication: Announcements, group chat, and direct messages, with the ability to report and block.
