Sknak سكنك: Owners Association

Sknak (سكنك) brings an owners association's chairman, its owners and its service providers together in one app for running a residential complex day to day.

For the association chairman
• Maintenance requests: every request gets a tracking number, is assigned to a service provider or technician, and is closed with a photo of the work, which the owner then rates.
• Dues: an annual budget split across the units automatically, with a budget calculator that keeps its versions. Owners transfer to the association's bank account and record the transfer in the app; you approve it.
• Owners and units: add owners by hand or from a file, and invite them by text message.
• Votes and announcements: put association decisions to a vote and follow whether quorum is reached; send announcements to owners.
• Operations: asset register, preventive maintenance, utility bills, documents, contracts and reports.
• Tenders: offer the complex's work to service providers and receive their bids.
