The app is designed to facilitate independent work on psychological difficulties. Scientifically proven psychological techniques, theoretical materials, and practical exercises are used for this purpose.
The therapeutic component is based on the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). The following self-monitoring tools are available in the app: a mood tracker, an emotion diary, a CBT diary, identifying hot spots, and "how to do what you don't want to do." The list of exercises is constantly being expanded.
The text-based theory section covers key topics: the basics of CBT, professional burnout, stress coping strategies, cognitive beliefs, the nature of emotions, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods.
