This is the looper app you are looking for! It does layered looping and mixing and it is free. Great job Developer! Added later after reading the many negative reviews: Every bad review is from people who either did not understand the purpose of the app or couldn't get it to work on their phone. After spending a long time downloading and installing almost every looper app there is, I happened across this one and to my delight it is exactly what I needed in a multi track Android looper.
