TeleMind is the Romanian telemedicine platform for mental health.

It connects you with verified psychiatrists, clinical psychologists and psychotherapists, through remote video consultations, without going to the office and without waiting in the lobby. The service is intended for adults, in a private environment, according to Romanian legislation and privacy rules.

What we offer

• Video consultations — Real-time evaluation with a psychiatrist, clinical psychologist or psychotherapist, directly from the app. Appointment at available intervals, rate displayed before confirmation, secure video call.

• Transparent scheduling and payment — You choose the specialist and type of consultation, see the exact amount before booking and pay in the app. You receive notifications for appointments, changes and new documents.

• Digital medical documents — After the consultation, the doctor can issue a prescription, certificate, opinion or other documents in the app, at the clinical decision. Nothing is guaranteed before the evaluation.

• Opinions and assessments for education — Dedicated category for teachers (tenure, file, psychiatric assessment according to Romanian procedures). The consultation can also be held in English, when there is a doctor available.

• Confidentiality and security — Flow built for telemedicine in Romania (OGP 196/2020). Health data is protected; communication with the specialist remains in the context of the consultation.

• Tracking tools — Mood log and crisis guidance resources. They do not replace a medical consultation.
