Find Yourself is the online psychotherapy platform that connects you with licensed psychologists in Romania. In just a few minutes, you find the right therapist, pick a time that suits you, and start your first session — the whole conversation stays in your private, confidential space, wherever you are.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign up for free and answer a few short questions about what you're looking for: anxiety, relationships, personal growth, depression, trauma, or another topic.
2. Browse the profiles of available psychologists — each with their training, specializations, clinical approach, and real reviews from previous clients.
3. Choose a therapist and a slot from their calendar. Pay securely by card.
4. At the scheduled time, you join the video session directly inside the app. No extra downloads, no third-party links.

WHY FIND YOURSELF

Verified therapists
All psychologists on the platform are registered with the Romanian College of Psychologists ("Colegiul Psihologilor din România") and hold a valid license to practice. We verify every account before it appears in the directory.

Complete confidentiality
Video sessions are end-to-end encrypted. We do not record the content of conversations. Your personal data is not sold, not shared with third parties for marketing, and is stored in compliance with GDPR.

Real flexibility
Book sessions when it works for you — from Monday morning to Sunday evening, depending on each therapist's availability. You can reschedule or cancel with advance notice, without penalties.

Simple payment
You only pay for the sessions you attend. No mandatory subscription, no hidden costs. You receive an invoice for every session.

An app built for the therapy session
Audio keeps playing if you briefly leave the app (to reply to a message or switch between apps). The session resumes automatically. The app uses your camera and microphone only during the session itself.
