LA sectia 13 baietii nu isi fac datoria, pe strada postasului numarul 2 este o societate commerciala (ca Un aprozar) vis a vis de blocul 1, societate care tulbura linistea publica zilnic cu manele prin boxe uriase si tipete, racnete, urlat de copii mici. Ei fac Asta de obicei in weekend dar si in timpul saptamanii. Politia nu se sesizeaza cand trece prin Zona, de multe ori ii vad in masina parcati, pe TikTok sau LA povesti. PUR SI SIMPLU nu intervin din proprie initiativa pe leges 61 din 1991.
