Kodel tik neigaliesiems????

Kaip gali būti tokia svarbi programėlė prieinama tik neįgaliesiems? (kuriems beje programėlėje pateikiama registracijos kodo nuoroda net neveikia). Kas jei klausos arba kalbos negalios neturintis žmogus atsidurtų situacijoje, kai negalėtų kalbėti, arba dėl sužalojimų ar kitos sveikatos būklės negalėtų komunikuoti kalbėdamas?!!
