databill

databill is the invoicing program for companies in Romania, and the phone app is its part of the journey: you issue the invoice to the client, send it to ANAF and see what they replied, without a laptop.

Invoices and proformas
• View the company's invoices and proformas and search for them by number, client or CIF.
• Make a new invoice or proforma. You choose the client from the list or bring them by CUI, with the name and address from ANAF. For an individual, the name is enough.
• You take the lines from the company's products, with the client's special price and the SGR guarantee, or you write them by hand.
• You choose the series, then save the draft or issue. The number is given by databill, from the chosen series.
• An issued proforma becomes an invoice with "Convert to invoice".
• You see the company's receipts and notices in each of their lists.

e-Invoice
• Send the invoice to ANAF from its window, then see if it was accepted or rejected and what message came from ANAF.
• The e-Invoice screen divides invoices as on the web: to be sent, with the submission deadline exceeded, in processing at ANAF, with an error and validated.
• If you turn on notifications from "My Account", you will find out when ANAF has responded. The company name and invoice number appear on the locked screen, without amounts and without the customer's name.

Customers and products
• The company's customers, with the CUI, address and IBAN. From the customer file, you can call them, write to them or make them an invoice directly.
• Products and services, with the price, unit, VAT rate and stock.

The PDF
• Send it on WhatsApp or by email from the phone's share menu. On Android, you can also open it in the PDF reader.

Account
• You enter your databill account address and password. If you have enabled two-step verification, the app also asks for your code.
• After the first password entry, the app asks you if you want to open it with your fingerprint or facial recognition. If you accept, the phone asks for your face or fingerprint at startup and after a few minutes in the background. You can turn it on or off at any time from "My Account".
• If you work for multiple companies, you choose the one you work for from "My Account".

What remains on the web
Company settings, connection to SPV, receipts, reports and management are on app.databill.ro, in the browser. From the app, documents are made in lei.

The app requires a databill account. The accounts are opened by the databill team, for companies.
