| 2026-06-10 | Fi***** | I don't want to give this a bad review since I haven't tried most features, but the one feature I need, the "upload resume" feature, is not working. You have the option of importing your resume via copy and paste or upload, but when I select "upload" it takes me to an error page, "Firefox can’t find the file at moz-extension://********-****-****-****-************/upload.html. It either doesn’t exist or the path is incorrect." Because I built my resume from Indesign, which utilizes separate text boxes for different styles, it's impossible for me to simply copy and paste all my text. While there is the option to copy and paste from a PDF, I need paste it by section due to how Indesign exports elements to PDF. This is impossible to do with an extension because once I paste one section, I need to leave the screen to copy another; once you leave the extension screen, the extension closes. If I click "Save" after pasting one section, your system reads it as if that's my full resume. I don't care if there are textual errors when I import my PDF to your system as those can be fixed. However, I need the mechanism to upload the PDF to work first. If this can be fixed, I will happily test this extension again and change my rating. I really want this to work. | |
