Whether you want to calm your mind before sleep, focus to start your day, or simply give yourself a break, here you do it at your own pace.

GUIDED BREATHING
We guide you with breathing exercises for different purposes: releasing stress and anxiety, improving concentration, or increasing your lung capacity. And if you want something tailored to your needs, you can create your own practices.

MEDITATION
A serene timer: gentle bells at the beginning and end, a silent mode, and an open session to finish whenever you decide.

DETAILS
Choose how you want to experience each breath:

• Soft tones
• Background sounds: rain, waves, or a river
• Or a different vibration with each change
