WHAT IT DOES
RBLD Health Sync reads your health data from Google Health Connect and sends it securely to your RBLD account. Your AI coach then uses that data to calculate your daily readiness score, prescribe the right training load, and adjust your recovery and nutrition recommendations in real time.
No manual entry. No guesswork. Your wearable does the work, your coach does the thinking.
YOUR DAILY READINESS SCORE
Every morning, RBLD calculates a readiness score based on your sleep quality, resting heart rate, active calories from the previous day, and step count. The score tells your coach whether to push hard, train smart, or prioritise recovery. It is the difference between training on data and training on hope.
THE AI COACH
Your RBLD coach is not a chatbot. It is a coaching system with memory — it knows what you trained last week, what you ate yesterday, how you slept, and how your body is responding. It prescribes your sessions, adjusts your loads, manages your recovery windows, and answers your questions in plain language.
The coach holds 30 days of context. Every decision it makes is informed by your actual data, not a generic template.

WHAT DATA IS SYNCED
Steps — daily step count for activity and readiness scoring
Heart rate — resting heart rate for recovery and HRV context
Sleep — duration and quality for recovery management
Active calories burned — energy expenditure for nutrition and load management
All data is optional. The app works without Health Connect — wearable sync makes the coach more accurate, but it is not required.

PRIVACY AND DATA
Your health data is encrypted in transit and at rest. It is never sold to third parties and never used for advertising. You can revoke Health Connect permissions at any time in Android Settings → Health Connect → App permissions. You can request deletion of your data at any time through the app.
