Dados transmitidos:

authenticationInfo: token do bot e Chat ID informados pelo usuário, enviados somente à API oficial do Telegram.
browsingActivity/searchTerms/websiteContent: URLs e conteúdo estritamente necessário das buscas e anúncios da OLX, usados apenas para monitoramento e para compor os alertas do Telegram.
