This crop is rich in organic manure, well-drained and well drained. It would be better to take this crop in medium, heavy soil. This is because such lands are conducive to the growth of branches. The soil surface should be 6 to 7.5. This crop is grown at 40 degrees Fahrenheit. It is 105 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature is human. Rain at planting time and clean sunlight at planting time are nutritious. Fog, shade and strong winds are unfavorable to growth.
Pre-cultivation -
Deep plowing should be done first and then 2 to 3 cultivars should be given. Before spreading the soil, the grass and other stumps should be removed. Mix 20 to 25 cartons of good, rotten manure. Planting should be done especially on flat paddy, but 45 cm. It can also be cultivated at intervals on sari-varamba.

Mint is grown from underground branches (circus, stolon or runners). Such branches bloom profusely from December to January. 5 to 10 cm. 3-4 mm in length. 45 to 15 cm from the thick branch. At a distance 2 to 3 cm. Deep planting should be done.
In winter about 3 to 4 tons per hectare of stolon is obtained. It is convenient to plant in late January or early February for higher yields. Apply 40 kg N, 60 kg P and 80 kg K per hectare at the time of planting. Water immediately after planting. Moisture in the soil is essential for vigorous growth of the crop. Watering should be done at intervals of 8 to 12 days. Apply 30 kg N / ha 30 to 40 days after planting and 60 to 70 days after planting. It is important to keep the crop weed free early. For this weeding and hoeing should be done. It is convenient to weed 2 to 3 times before each harvest.
Harvesting and production -
The first harvest of the crop planted in December, January should be done in April, May. The crop should be done before flowering. The second harvest should be done in July-August. With good care of the crop, the third harvest can be done in October. The highest yield is obtained from the first harvest. The average yield of mint green plant is 25 to 30 tons per hectare. Peppermint oil is extracted by distillation. It is easy to extract oil from a dried plant, for which oil should be extracted after drying in a field at a temperature of 25-30 degrees Celsius.
