2024-12-13	Al*****	Unclear if anything actually works on this app. Tried online consultations supposedly available 24/7 and after 5-6 attempts I just have up. They send you a message that the doctor tried reaching you and couldn't, but in fact I just waited online looking at the timer until an error message popped up each time. Also tried to report this problem using Messages in the app but it doesn't get sent. So bizarre.

2024-12-02	Za*****	Every time I try to open it, the app crashes and I have to go to the hospital rather than having a video consultation, if it wasn't for my company I would have thrown out this company, if you are buying their coverage beware that trouble will come looking for you when you are sick if you rely on them

2023-07-10	Co*****	Nothing in English, information difficult to access. Medis really need to address this issue as they probably have a high percentage of English speaking clients . It shows the contempt that the development team has for foreigners as no responses have been made in relation to comments made or improvement suggestions. Dreadful.

2023-04-19	Dr*****	The app really should have a language option to toggle from Portuguese to English. At least with the web version I can translate the web pages. Even the SNS24 app allows you to select your language.
