App is basic. When claims are made they don't email the outcome. Photo of the fatura is compressed and they often reject claim because they can't read the blurry image.

Unclear if anything actually works on this app. Tried online consultations supposedly available 24/7 and after 5-6 attempts I just have up. They send you a message that the doctor tried reaching you and couldn't, but in fact I just waited online looking at the timer until an error message popped up each time. Also tried to report this problem using Messages in the app but it doesn't get sent. So bizarre.
