É pena que quando é para juntar comprovativo no nosso pedido de reembolso, só podemos anexar imagens e não PDF. Coisa que recebemos resposta por MyMulticare por e-mail em PDF, explicando a causa que nosso pedido de reembolso foi recusado por causa que a nossa imagem foi considerado ilegivel.

Com o advento da faturação digital, não se percebe como não é possível fazer upload de ficheiros pdf nos pedidos de reembolso. Também não percebo porque não é possível fechar a aplicação e tenho de remover dos recentes (ou minimizá-la) para poder sair da app. Teria dado estas opiniões se tivesse forma de o fazer na app
