I've used tha app for making claims and it does everything I need it to do. However, it sometimes does something weird to the text in scanned documents and makes them illegible; this happened to me a few times and I couldn't understand why my claims were being declined until I went back and checked what had been sent. I ended up having to email the documents across instead. Other than that all good.

Great service, diabolical app, at least an Android. I i have to go back to edit a claim and I re-confirm the date, it won't accept the same date. I have to tell it the wrong date so I can change the screen, then have to go back and change it again. I also clicked add additional photos to my claim, but realised I'd added them all, and there was no button to submit the claim! I had to add a duplicate photo for it to allow me to process the claim. No exaggeration, a totally dreadful app.
