Borrowers must make monthly payments for all loan types. Early repayment is allowed without penalties, providing flexibility, but late payments may result in additional fees.

* Minimum and Maximum Repayment Periods:
• Personal Loan: 3 to 60 months
• Business Loan: 3 to 120 months
• Payday Loan: 1 week to 6 months
• Foreigner Loan: 3 to 36 months

(Loan eligibility is determined based on factors like credit score or income, with approval subject to comprehensive verification. Borrowers can prepay without penalties.)

* Maximum Interest Rate (Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR))

The parties agree not to exceed a 36% per annum interest rate on any amounts. A violation of this maximum interest rate deems the provision null and void, automatically adjusting the interest rate to comply with the agreed-upon maximum.

• Personal Loan:
Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR): The maximum APR can be as high as 35.99%, while standard interest rates generally fall between 10.5% and 24% per annum.

• Business Loan:
Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR): APRs encompass a diverse range, typically spanning from 6% to 30% or higher.

• Foreigner Loan:
Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR): The maximum APR for foreigner loans may vary from 10% to 30%, depending on the lender and specific circumstances.

• Payday Loan:
Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR): The annualized interest rate for payday loans is 36%, calculated as 3% per month multiplied by 12 months.
