2024-12-02 | Dani Roberts | en | Hi, just posting what I did to get this working for users at my company. We have a Conditional Access Policy in place, so some users were getting "you can't get there from here" randomly. The extension worked sometimes, sometimes it didn't. We put in a ticket with Microsoft and what resolved the issue was adding a registry key and restarting the PC. Registry Editor Path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Google\Chrome Create a new DWORD in the Chrome folder, name it CloudAPAuthEnabled . Double-click on the new DWORD and change the value to 1. Click OK. Restart your PC. To reference an official Microsoft article, look up "Conditional Access: Conditions" on their learn forums and scroll to the "Chrome support" section. Hope this helps! | |
