en Works great with my Canon Pixma MP640 printer/scanner. But be aware: the Canon Pixma MP640 printer/scanner must be turned on BEFORE the ChromeBook or Chromebox is turned on. This is because the Canon Pixma MP640 printer/scanner is detected during startup of ChromeOS. So, if your Chromebook or Chromebox is turned on and your Canon Pixma MP640 printer/scanner is still turned off you have to turn on your Canon Pixma MP640 printer/scanner and restart your Chromebook or Chromebox. Why does the Scan and Print feature in Chrome OS not work with many scanners and printers of main brands including most Canon devices? Don't blame Canon for this. In all versions of Windows practically all printers and scanners are supported except some exotic brands and very old equipment. I bought the new Asus Chrome Box 5 i7 for more than 1000 euro but need the NokoPrint app for printing and this Scan app for scanning. That's rediculous. I'm not the only one. On hundreds of websites users of Chrome OS complain about Chrome OS not supporting their printers and scanners. When do the developers of Chrome OS solve this problem??? It would be stupid if external hardware is supported in the latest versions of Windows but not in the latest versions of Chrome OS. Should we buy new hardware just because we want to switch to Chrome OS? Luckily, the NokoPrint app and Scan app resolve this problem. But these apps shouldn't be necessary. Chrome OS should include the same drivers which are also included in the latest versions of Windows. Otherwise it's better to stick with Windows!

en Works amazing with my HP InkTank Wireless over wifi. One thing that I would like to see though is being able to change which scanner to use.

en This app is very good for scanning my schoolwork from home. It worked great as long as you don't have too many files in the "Scan" section.
