absolutely horrific system. do not use!!! the bike did not want to lock so the cash clock kept on ticking, and after 25 minutes of trying to get help, I finally was smart enough to register the bike broken. they charged me $18 for a five minute ride and gave me a credit back for $10. super unfair. will never use this system again. there was not a human to speak to and their online help bot did not work properly.

Waste of time - impossible to start a ride. Nothing more frustrating than wanting to save time and instead wasting it on something that doesn't work, mak8ng you late.
