2026-06-18	J *****	absolutely horrific system. do not use!!! the bike did not want to lock so the cash clock kept on ticking, and after 25 minutes of trying to get help, I finally was smart enough to register the bike broken. they charged me $18 for a five minute ride and gave me a credit back for $10. super unfair. will never use this system again. there was not a human to speak to and their online help bot did not work properly.

2026-06-15	An*****	Won't let me rate defective scooters. Had 3 in a row and app can't recognize riders don't switch scooters unless they are defective or battery is depleted. going ½ block just to get another unit isn't normal behavior.

2026-06-14	I *****	a lot of the scooters around me are broken, and they won't fix them. if you pay money and they start glitching whole youre riding them you wont be able to report them broken because you cant press the submit button when reporting it. they just charge the broken ones and set them back out without fixing them for the next person.

2026-06-11	Sh*****	Would never recommend using even if you were going to be late to something. The risk for it not letting you END YOUR RIDE is insanity. I went to two separate parking zones and it still refused and charged me the entire time. They offerred chargeback but it was only half of what I lost in total. This is what I get for giving spin one more chance from a previous disaster I had with this service more than a year ago. With the similar issue with ending my ride. Never again and would never recommend.

2026-06-09	Aw*****	extremely bad experience, app charges steep price for time and starts counting before you have even finished setting. alongside this my scooter had a technical issue that prevented it from moving yet the app indicated it as a fully functional scooter and even allowed me to unlock it and charged me 2.50 for it before i could figure out why the scooter wasnt moving (the error code isnt even clearly explained, you have to figure it out yourself the entire time while its counting).
