I get an error as soon as I run it "Twitter API rate limit has been exceeded, try again later." so it doesn't work for me

I downloaded it again to see if it worked or if there was any improvement. But no. It's not working in Incognito mode despite the selection being enabled in preferences: "Allow in Incognito Warning: Google Chrome cannot prevent extensions from recording your browsing history. To disable this extension in Incognito mode, unselect this option." Extension uninstalled, again.
