RENT AND DATES
Bills with due dates, visible to both parties. The tenant reports a payment, the landlord confirms it—and the billing status is no longer a matter of memory. Delinquencies are determined by the due date and total payments, not by whether someone remembered to check something off.

TROUBLESHOOTING IN TWO FIELDS
The tenant describes the defect and adds a photo. The report is sent directly to the landlord, assigned to the correct apartment—it doesn't get lost in the conversation.

METERS
Utility readings are recorded with the lease, with a history. No more photos sent via instant messaging or searching for "how much was it in March."

DOCUMENTS
The agreement and attachments are in one place, accessible to both parties throughout the lease.

NEWS
The conversation is assigned to a specific rental, not scattered across multiple phones. Everything agreed upon remains with the case.

INVITATION INSTEAD OF SEARCHING
The landlord invites the tenant to a specific rental. The tenant sees only their own rental, and no one has access to anyone else's data.

SECURITY
We store data on servers in the European Union, the connection is encrypted, and the session on the device is stored in the Android system storage (Keystore), not in a regular file. We do not display ads, sell data, or track you in other apps.
