Renting should not depend on memory, screenshots and awkward reminders. RentR gives a landlord and their tenant one shared record of what the rent is, what the bills came to, what has been paid, and what is still owed — so both sides are looking at the same thing.

WHY RENTR

Most rent gets tracked in a notebook, a chat thread, or nowhere at all. Then the month turns over and nobody quite agrees on what was paid. RentR fixes the disagreement, not the payment: you keep paying however you already do, and the app keeps the record straight.

BILLS, TRACKED PROPERLY

Rent is rarely just rent. RentR keeps base rent separate from electricity, gas, water and other utility bills, so a month's total is never a mystery figure. Electricity can be billed after the fact, when the reading arrives, rather than guessed up front.

ADVANCE DEPOSITS

Set the advance in months and RentR works out the amount. Deposits can be paid in parts and settled over time, with the balance always visible to both sides.

PAYMENTS BOTH SIDES AGREE ON

A tenant records a payment. The landlord confirms it. Only then does it count. Nothing changes the ledger unless both people have seen it — which is exactly what stops the "I paid that" / "I never got it" conversation.

ONE ACCOUNT, EITHER ROLE

Plenty of people rent out one flat and rent another themselves. One RentR account can be a landlord, a tenant, or both, and switches between the two without signing out.

WHAT RENTR IS NOT

RentR does not process payments. Money moves between tenant and landlord exactly as it does today — cash, bank transfer, mobile money, whatever you already use. The app records what the two of you agree happened. We are not a party to your tenancy, we do not verify property ownership, and we do not verify anyone's identity.

PRIVACY

No ads. No analytics trackers. No selling your data — ever.

We collect what the app needs to work and nothing more: your name, email and phone, and your address. We do not collect or store identity documents. Documents a landlord attaches are stored privately and are visible only to that landlord, never to the tenant and never publicly.
