Ma*****, 2025-01-26I have been using Master Remit since 2021 with no issues, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. My transaction has been delayed for over 5 days, and the recipient has not received the money. Instead of resolving the issue, they asked me to resend documents I already provided. This unnecessary delay is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. The lack of urgency and poor customer service have led me to lose trust in this service. I do not recommend it anymore
