The PKB DLJ2 app is an Android application used by operators or drivers to quickly and easily submit repair requests to workshops. The app can be used offline, allowing requests to be processed even without a network connection. Once the device is connected to the internet, data is synchronized to the server. This offline synchronization system makes the damage reporting process more efficient, accurate, and independent of on-site signals.
