--- Assolutamente da evitare! Truffa legalizzata. Ho utilizzato Captaina Seller Tool for Amazon per alcuni mesi e posso dire con certezza che si tratta di un servizio scandaloso e truffaldino. Non appena ho cercato di disdire l’abbonamento, mi sono reso conto che non esiste alcuna funzione per cancellare la sottoscrizione in autonomia. Tutto è progettato per intrappolarti. Ho contattato ripetutamente il "servizio clienti", sia via email che tramite chat, e nessuno si è mai degnato di rispondere. Una totale mancanza di professionalità e trasparenza. Nel frattempo, continuano a prelevare soldi dalla mia carta di credito, anche dopo aver tentato di disdire il servizio. L’unica soluzione sarà bloccare la carta per fermare questi ladri. Questo non è un semplice disservizio: è una truffa legalizzata ai danni degli utenti. Diffidate da questa applicazione, non commettete il mio stesso errore. Da denunciare alle autorità competenti.

Cancelled the subscription over a Year ago and they are still charging my card. Multiple messages to support; in the beginning were apologetic and now do not respond and continue to deduct funds.
