Physiflow - Patient

PhysiFlow Patient connects you to the physiotherapy program prescribed by your clinic. Sign in with the program code and PIN your physiotherapist gives you to view your exercises, follow along, and track your progress between appointments.

What you can do:
• View your personalised exercise program with clear instructions and video demonstrations
• Record a video of yourself performing an exercise to share with your care team
• Mark exercises complete and follow your daily plan
• Complete outcome-measure questionnaires sent by your clinician
• See your treatment information and upcoming appointment details
• Receive reminders so you stay on track with your program
• Protect your account with a PIN and optional fingerprint or face unlock

PhysiFlow Patient is provided through your healthcare clinic — you'll need a program code from your physiotherapist to get started. Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest and is shared only with your care team. It is never sold or used for advertising.
