First time to use the app and its service (a/c cleaning). Service provider cancelled 30 minutes before schedule with no offered alternative other than to reschedule. Reported the incident to their FB page and they only said they will talk to provider and "penalize". If you're looking for hassle-free transaction and convenience, this app and their providers are not it.
