2024-05-15	Ma*****	First time to use the app and its service (a/c cleaning). Service provider cancelled 30 minutes before schedule with no offered alternative other than to reschedule. Reported the incident to their FB page and they only said they will talk to provider and "penalize". If you're looking for hassle-free transaction and convenience, this app and their providers are not it.

2024-02-16	Ni*****	Very useful and helpful if you hate household chores. Quick setup for cleaning services. App can be somewhat sluggish and sometimes goes down. But overall it's good. Dropping the review for now since the cleaning subscription is broken..please ask the developers to fix it so I can subscribe. Bringing it back to 5 once the app is fixed

2021-11-02	vi*****	I ussualy don't review apps, but when is bad and service is horrible, I have to say something. I only use it for laundry, and the delivery is out of schedule, not on the time set or even the day, they don't answer the phone or messages and when you write a Facebook, they only say sorry and offer voucher for inconvenience. Will go to the competitor for better service and customer experience.

2021-03-05	Ch*****	Very poor performance. Slow response. Slow loading. I'm using huawei. I don't know if that's a factor. The app design, features and GW itself are good. I need the Gw services, so I make do with this. If I had a similar alternative , I will stop patronizing this. Would be nice if you offer tip option, so we can tip the workers esp if we don't have cash on hand.

2021-02-06	Jo*****	Would not recommend this app. Good concept on connecting customers to service providers but the actual service is bad. Some safety policies are not followed as well. Definitely a hit or miss depending on location and well if you're a celebrity/influencer I guess? Since some actually receive "good work". Download and book with caution.

2021-02-05	Tr*****	the app is very easy to use and navigate through. i really liked that if i was unsure about my choices, a customer service representative was always there to answer my questions and help me out. great app for consumers who need services and of course for service providera who need to get connected to respective consumers. keep up the great work!!!

2021-01-02	Ma*****	i booked for a house cleaning where 2 cleaners are supposed to show up, only 1 cleaner showed up and did not only arrived late, but she also keeps on reminding that she has to leave at certain time which means she will not be cleaning for 3 hours that is according to the booked appointment, they have the gut to charge the entire booking!!! they came completely shorthanded and yet they have the face to ask for full payment

2020-12-12	Pa*****	NOT RECOMMENDED. Terrible service. Booked one week earlier. Waited for more than an hour for our schedule. No one arrived. We were told that the assigned person changed. We were not informed and the replacement service provider did not arrive. Very difficult to contact customer service also. They only have facebook messenger and no available hotlines. They respond very very slowly.

2020-11-25	Ka*****	Cant book laundry service. If date is unavailable can't you gray that out so users wont go back and forth trying which date is available? Wasted my time looking for dates next week finding nothing. Edit: support contacted me within the day to fix issue. Was able to book and get my laundry on scheduled dates. Changed my rating to 4 stars. Thank you for your quick action!
