I had a highly disappointing and concerning experience at Dr. Lal PathLabs. After getting a routine blood test, a blood clot/severe bruising formed in my arm. When I brought this safety issue to the attention of the staff, their response was extremely poor. They acted completely irresponsible and dismissed my concerns. I am deeply concerned by their lack of professionalism and care regarding patient safety.
