Web Archive Viewer Firefox

Web Archive Viewer

By: Loori
Easily view archived (cached) webpages via seven different engines.

Features & Capabilities

The Web Archive Viewer Chrome extension allows users to effortlessly access cached versions of any webpage through seven different archive engines. By default, it activates three engines, with options to customize and add or remove others according to user preferences.

Once installed, users can simply open the toolbar popup while browsing any webpage and select an archive engine to see the cached snapshot in a new tab. This tool is invaluable for viewing historical content when live sites have changed or are unavailable. Note that the availability and appearance of cached pages depend on the archive engine selected and the website's archive presence. Users can report bugs or request new features through the extension's homepage.
