User Reviews

Users like the app for its solid GPS tracking, easy routes, and useful distance/time data, plus attractive walking tracks. However, multiple reviews report crashes and lost tracks, and a heavy premium gate that locks essential features such as maps and unit changes. Unit changes often require an account, and language/localization issues disrupt experience for non-French speakers. Additional bugs include a missing start/stop control and erratic zoom. Improving stability, reducing gating, and fixing localization would address the most frequently mentioned pain points.

Pros

Reliable GPS tracking helps you stay on the trail.
Easy-to-use interface for walking routes.
Useful data on distance and elapsed time.
Good variety of tracks and scenic walking options.
Free version offers baseline functionality and useful features.

Cons

Frequent crashes and GPS tracking instability leading to lost tracks.
Premium gating blocks many features (maps, unit changes) and causes payment frustration.
Inability to change units to metric without an account or premium.
Language/localization issues (app can be in French; translation quality; language toggle problems).
UI/bug issues such as missing start/stop button, odd zoom behavior, and unreliable support.
