2024-08-25	Di*****	This app is terrible. It frustrates me so much, I have actually started to drive to Mall of Emirates to go to Vox, because it actually works. I have reloaded , updated etc, and there is always an issue. Roxy, I suggest you get some real web and/or App people to relook your app.

2024-07-29	Am*****	Edit update: 07/24: App opens but still poorly designed and worse of all it doesn't allow me to pay using the app. Even the staff admitted the app doesn't always work and said use the website. Upgraded to 2* just. Doesn't even launch. Not sure who is responsible for testing this app but suggest Roxy get a new team from top down. And whilst you're at it speak to the UX designers for the website as that could be more intuative vs frustrating.

2024-05-12	Ku*****	Since the latest update, i have been unable to purchase any tickets using the app. The app always fails when loading the payment screen. Also, none of the self kiosks at Dubai hills are working. Everyone is being forced to buy tickets from the counter.
