I am extremely disappointed with the VOX Cinemas app, especially on Android. For a giant, long-established, and prestigious company like VOX, it is shocking how little attention you pay to your app and even your website. The app is slow, outdated, and full of bugs. It does not reflect your brand's reputation at all. A leading company like yours should offer a much better digital experience.
