Formulus

Formulus is an offline data collection app for field teams. Capture surveys and structured forms with no internet connection, then sync securely to a Synkronus server that your organisation controls. It is part of Open Data Ensemble (ODE), an open-source platform for mobile data collection.

Formulus connects to a Synkronus server for login, form distribution and synchronisation. Your team runs its own server, and setup guides are on our website.
