Elute fresh isotope from the generator into the stock vial, then watch it decay in real time. Orders arrive from Oncology, Cardiology, Neurology and more, each demanding a precise activity in millicuries. Select an order, start the draw, and stop the swinging needle inside the green tolerance band to pull the exact dose. Seal it in a lead pig, dispatch your courier, and sweat the elevator wait while the dose keeps decaying in transit.

Deliver inside the tolerance band before the deadline to get paid in coins. Too weak or too late and the order is void. Your shift pays out on on-time rate multiplied by dose accuracy, and each new shift level brings denser order waves.
