2026-07-02	Be*****	This app used to work better. The screen freezes frequently even after I reinstalled it. The movable graph line has disappeared. please hurry someone who can create a more user friendly app. I rely on this info to help my diabetic 83 year old pop.

2026-06-29	Cl*****	The latest update of this app makes it completely useless. It loses connection with the sensor when the device is within 3feet; it constantly loses data connection . What good is an app for the primary user or any 2ndary watchers, or even the sensor itself, when the app only works half the time.

2026-06-29	Cl*****	Great app, love the new updates but like other users have described there needs to be a way to snooze the low sugar alerts as they go off very frequently even when my partner has had sugar, it takes about 10 15 mins for his levels to go back up so the alarm is just going off every few minutes until then

2026-06-28	Ta*****	After the latest update, all high and low glucose notifications are gone. i contacted the support (which in itself is a very tedious process), and they were not of much help. Workaround .. i had to install an older version of the app on another mobile, and am now getting the notifications as usual!

I wanted to use this on my tablet so I could see the data on the phone the sensor is linked to, but it's useless for this. I bought a sensor to see if it was worth it to get a better picture of my illness, but the abysmal usability of both software packages makes this strictly a one-time purchase. It's MY data and I have a right to unrestricted access to it.
