VANGUARD is the gate register for HKM Jaipur's security department. It replaces
paper logbooks at the barrier with a fast, camera-first way to record every
vehicle and visitor moving in and out — even when the gate has no signal.

Built for guards on their feet at a barrier in direct sun, not for an office
desk: big touch targets, high-contrast screens, and a design that keeps moving
even when the network doesn't.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Scan a vehicle in seconds — Point the camera at the QR sticker on a vehicle
to pull up its record instantly. No sticker, no signal? Read a QR straight
out of a photo instead.

• Confirm the movement — Pick GOING OUT or COMING IN, confirm the gate, log the
odometer reading, and optionally note the driver or who's with the vehicle.

• Log visitors — Keep a running, per-gate visitor count with a single tap for
each person walking in or out.

• See what's out — The Out Now board shows every vehicle currently outside the
premises and how long it's been gone, at a glance.

• Work the duty sheet — Set which gate you're recording for and whether you're
logging arrivals or departures; it becomes the default for every scan that
follows until you change it.

• Never lose a punch — No signal at the gate? Scans queue on the device and
sync automatically the moment connectivity returns — with idempotency keys
so a retried sync can never double-record a movement.

• Review today's activity — A clean log of everything recorded today, synced
or still queued, per gate.

BUILT FOR SECURITY OPERATIONS

VANGUARD is internal software intended for authorised security staff of HKM
Jaipur. Sign in with an OTP sent to your registered phone number, and the app
connects to HKM Jaipur's secure server to send and retrieve gate records.

to authorised security and administrative staff.

• Minimal permissions — VANGUARD only requests the permissions it needs:
Internet to sync with the server, Camera to scan QR stickers, Photos as a QR
fallback on older Android versions, and SMS read access solely to autofill
the OTP code during sign-in.
