2026-06-04	an*****	worst experience ever do t download this app it's a scam. it was on T-Mobile Tuesdays with $5 movie ticket then when u go download the app and everything the tickets are far from $5 it doesn't accept the code to get it and u can't reserve seats in a completely empty theatre. The movies need to drop these people as sellers of their tickets cause they are horrible at it. it's really the app it's trash the customer service is even more trash and even after speaking still NO HELP!

2026-06-03	W *****	Been using Atom for maybe around 10 years (ever since T-Mobile Tuesdays has been promoting movies) & never had any problems ordering tickets nor app crashes that I remember. I visited Alaska (I live in Atlanta) in Nov '25 & didn't see any movies (probably didn't even open the app) but it was still in Anchorage when I opened Atom for the first time since AK for my latest movie ticket (Jun '26) & it was moderately inconvenient to get it to detect nearby theaters in Knoxville (-1⭐).
