I only downloaded the app because a server never came to our seats before the movie started and the order sheets provided stated option 1 for ordering food is through the app and option 2 is to write it down on the paper and continue to wait. So I downloaded the app and searched for the order section. I never found it. So I was stuck continuing to wait for the 1 server in a sold out show.

Love the theater itself, but the whole subscription and policies that go along with it are ridiculous and will probably end up making me cancel. To start there is nothing convenient about the convenience fee. I pay for a monthly subscription to see movies and you still charge multiple fees on top of the subscription. And you are forced to pay the convenience fee for booking in the app, and there is no option to buy tickets at the actual theater and avoid this fee. It is also non refundable
