DISPENSING: sweep the coating head across the LED strip and hold the dispense button to build an even coating without overshoot.

CURING: ride the oven profile with HEAT and COOL to keep the temperature inside the cure band.

BINNING and QA: your process quality decides the color coordinate, the bin result and the sample pass rate. Payout equals order value times color hit rate times luminous efficacy.
