Take charge of a moody lead-acid battery plate workshop where every plate is made by your own timing and touch.

CAST grids while the molten lead pot swings through its 450-550 C green band. MIX paste and lock density and humidity needles at the center mark. PASTE each grid as the roller sweep crosses the bright zone. CURE plates by holding VENT and STEAM to keep temperature and humidity in range while free lead converts. FORM each batch and sample charge inside the green window to certify capacity.

Orders rotate between starting, storage and traction plate types, each with its own batch size and difficulty. Pay is settled by paste evenness multiplied by curing conversion, and sloppy work shows up as broken ribs, shed paste or sulfation.

Six permanent shop upgrades all work for real: a pot thermostat that widens the casting band, a vacuum mixer that calms the needles, a servo roller with wider pasting tolerance, a curing probe that reveals the live conversion line, a formula masterbatch that boosts quality, and a twin pasting station for faster plates.
